Steamed Cheese Enchilada, Mexican Cashew Nut Sauce (same ingredients as in this Mexican Cashew Nut Soup) in Banana Leaves, served with Carnitas, Rice and Beans, Pico de Gallo, Pickled Red Onions, Avocado, Crema, Cheese, and Hot Sauces.
Black Rice Pudding Parfait with Coconut Gel. (I can personally attest to Som's Black Rice Pudding.... It's unlike anything I've ever had for a dessert!)
