As word continues to spread about the amazing talents of Foodie Empire Honoree Som Kesa, she is becoming more and more in demand! Most recently, she catered a private event for a "major, local non-profit" with a Thai-Tex Mex Fusion theme. Her food was such a hit, she even ran out of business cards. Bites and Appetizers: Party Nuts + Garlic Goat Cheese and Thai Chili Pepper Jelly on Homemade Tortilla Chips
(Som received lots of feedback that she should sell her Party Nuts!)
Main Course: Cheese Enchiladas Cooked in Banana Leaves + Chicken in Panang Mole Sauce, Refried Beans, Pico de Gallo, Pickled Radish, Red Onion, Jalapeño and Crema
Dessert: Black Rice Pudding with Coconut Cream
