This week offerings: Sous Vide Pork Belly Panang Curry (quantity limited) and Caramelized Chicken with Roasted Chili Sauce.

Please order pork belly in advance. It takes one day to sous vide the belly. If you love pork belly and love panang curry, you will love this dish.

I haven't seen caramelized chicken with roasted chili in Thai restaurants here. But this dish has complex flavors and textures, umami sweet with caramel flavor and mild spiciness. There will be fried peppers for you to nibble on if you enjoy heat!

Serve these dishes with stir fried vegetables or cut up cucumbers for your quiet Valentine dinner at home.

  • One generous serving per bag, to be served with rice (not included).
  • Curries will last 3-4 days in the fridge.
  • Packets will last in the freezer for at least one month.
